• Payment is not received as agreed
• You engage in abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
• Conditions make it unsafe or impossible to continue work

14. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or epidemics.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with individual project contracts and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MemoryMode Renovations regarding our services.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
